Refund policy

You have 30 days to decide

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order isn't what you expected, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return it.

Is the size not right? We'll exchange it for you.

If you need a different size or prefer a different color, write to us and we'll process the exchange at no additional cost.

How to make a return
Write to us at almaverastudio@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

We will reply within 24-48 hours with the return address and instructions.
Send the item and keep the shipping receipt.

Once received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method you used.

Conditions
The item must be unused, unwashed, and have its original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exception: If the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all costs and send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. At Alma Vera, we give you 30 days.
