Free worldwide shipping
Every order ships free, to every country we deliver to. No minimum order.

Delivery times
Order preparation: 2–5 business days.
Delivery: 6–12 business days after shipment.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow a few days for international tracking updates to appear.

No customs surprises
Our shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): the price you see at checkout is the final price. No customs fees or handling fees on delivery.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If you haven't received your order within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, write to us at almaverastudio@gmail.com and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your address when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we'll correct it before shipping.
